Italian cooking doesn’t have to be intimidating—think less stress, more laughter, and the amazing flavors of a home-cooked meal. I’m Chef Ana Colicchio, trained at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York and in Tuscan cuisine at Toscana Saporita in Italy.
From pasta-making parties to private dining and full-on Italian feasts, I make every experience easy, delicious, and unforgettable—perfect for birthdays, holidays, bachelorettes, or group date nights.
Pasta-Making Class
Classic Package — $100 per person (6–10 guests)
Welcome bite – fresh focaccia to start.
Hands-on pasta class (1.5 hrs) – make 2 pasta shapes of your choice (ravioli, agnolotti, tortelloni, or mezzelune).
3-course Italian dinner – seasonal salad, 2 pasta dishes made with your pasta, and dessert (tiramisu or panna cotta).
Customize the menu – choose your 2 sauces (pomodoro, pesto, cream & prosciutto, or sage & butter) and filling (spinach & ricotta or sausage & ricotta).
Optional upgrades – wine pairing (+$12 pp), Aperol or Hugo spritz (+$22 pp), or a deluxe charcuterie board (+$20 pp). (Upgrades apply to the whole group.)
Where we cook – I bring everything to you, whether at home or at a venue with a kitchen.
Specialty Package — from $180 per person
Everything in the Classic Package, but with premium ingredients in each course.
Premium pastas & sauces – think short rib ravioli, lobster fillings, or other custom requests.
Tailored menu design – I’ll work with you to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Alcohol not included in base price, but upgrades available.

For intimate gatherings, I bring the restaurant experience to you—family-style or plated, always made with seasonal ingredients and your requests in mind. From authentic Italian to modern fusion or other cuisines, each menu is crafted to bring people together around the table, sharing delicious food and unforgettable moments in the comfort of your home or chosen venue.
Private Chef Consultation
For those who want nourishing, home-cooked meals without the daily stress, I offer personalized in-home cheffing tailored to your lifestyle. Using whole foods and feel-good recipes, I prepare weekly menus that save you time in the kitchen while giving you peace of mind about how your food is made. This is a long-term service designed to bring ease and balance to your everyday meals. Space is limited, with only a few client openings available.
FAQ
Do you offer gluten-free pasta?
Our pasta machines require traditional flour, so we aren’t able to make gluten-free pasta from scratch. However, I’m happy to prepare a gluten-free boxed pasta separately for any guests who need it.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required once your reservation is confirmed. Please note this deposit is non-refundable.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your event, half of the final cost will be charged. Outside of 48 hours, the $200 deposit is retained, but no additional charges apply.
Do upgrades apply to everyone in the group?
Yes, for consistency and service tracking, upgrades (like wine pairings or cocktails) must apply to all guests in the reservation.
Are my reservation requests automatically confirmed?
No. All requests must be reviewed and confirmed. A signed waiver and contract, along with the deposit, are required before your event is officially booked.
Where do you currently offer services?
At this time, services are only available in Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Can you accommodate date nights or smaller groups?
Yes! I offer a special date night package at a curated price. Please reach out directly for more details.
How much notice do I need to book?
A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. To ensure safety and an enriching experience, classes are designed for adults 18+. Teens ages 14–17 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What should I expect during a class or private dining event?
Expect a warm, hands-on experience filled with delicious food, stories, and connection. I’ll provide everything needed—you just bring your curiosity and appetite!
